When we eat, most of the times we don’t know how much is too much for us.
Here is a recent news report that says if we eat cheese every day it is likely to increase the risk of bladder cancer. Another news report (of last year) says that eating cheese may lower lung or prostate cancer risk.
Definitely when we eat cheese, we must know how much is too much for us. The news report further says that eating more than 53 grams of cheese in a day is likely to increase the chance of bladder cancer by 50 per cent.
