I tried your chocolate cake and it turned out very well . Till now i had been using the readymade cake mix. Being able to make it all at home is a nice feeling.
I would like to make a plain -sponge cake .. what are the changes i will need to make to the same recepie. Should i just replace the cocoa powder quantity with the all purpose flour.. will it still work fine.. or is there something else to be done too ..

Thanks and best regards

Hi Ma’am,
This is such a wonderful blog. Sometime back when I started a blog I wanted to name it cook@ease (Believe me, that too with @); then I discovered your blog and just made up with another name. Since then, I had not hit your blog again, I don’t know why. Today I suddenly note that, in your blog there are lots of recipes from my mom’s/ granny’s kitchen. Lovely they are. Feels so good, I can connect to the taste of most dishes from urundai kuzhambu to maangai inji thokku to nellikai pachadi to naarthangai pachadi… OMG!!! I went on a quick time tour of my childhood :)
Thanks a lot!!!
