Hi
I tried your chocolate cake and it turned out very well . Till now i had been using the readymade cake mix. Being able to make it all at home is a nice feeling.
I would like to make a plain -sponge cake .. what are the changes i will need to make to the same recepie. Should i just replace the cocoa powder quantity with the all purpose flour.. will it still work fine.. or is there something else to be done too ..

Thanks and best regards
Seetha

@ sripriyaayyangar
I think by now the shelf life must have been over. Better not to use it.
