booma.. pre heat cooker at high for 2 min.. place mould inside,put lid don put whistle or pour water,, close lid and heat in high another 2 min..then cook in low flame 40 min.. open cooker 10 min after cooking

This Carrot Cake looks soooo yummy!! I also make eggless cakes at home in pressure cooker but without whistle. Generally, I replace all purpose flour with wheat flour (atta) to make it healthy!!
