hello sir i am a house wife i am looking forward for microwave oven for cooking all new products but literally i am very confused which brand is the best for south indian and noth indian cooking items . i usually watch ur programs daily in jaya tv i like it and i tried many dishes which u had posted in the t.v programes so kindly i want to know the best microwave oven brand

I don’t give any TV programs on cooking.
You have to select your microwave oven based on the average quantity to be cooked regularly (to decide capacity/volume of microwave oven in litres), type of dishes (veg/non veg), method of cooking (like grilling, baking, convection etc.,) and the features like timer, safeties.
Interact with your friends, neighbours and also see demonstration of microwave ovens from the shops selling it to decide which one to buy.
As the technology is advancing, more and more ovens with lesser price tag are coming with more features from the leading manufacturers.

There are equal no. of websites which rubbishes the findings. Ultimately you need to decide what is important – your health or convenience. These companies who manufacture microwaves have crores to invest in funding research to prove that microwave cooking is safe and also have 100′s of web developers build websites to show its safe to cook in a microwave. Those who are warning you are people like you and me who are aware, who are scientist, doctors, medical professionals and concerned about society in general.
