I am completely fan of your cooking.. Being brought in North my south indian cooking tasted north indian. After i started cooking in the manner as guided by you.. my cooking has improved …. a lot with lots of praises from home. All credit goes to you.. YUM! I made this today and it was fantastic. Served it with mango chutney and naan bread. I had to leave out a few ingredients but it still tasted great. For example I didn’t have any cloves or aniseeds so instead I used yellow mustard seeds and fennal seeds. It worked just fine. Thank you, I have added your page to my favourites.
