@ Subha. Here Girish V shares his recipe.
Brocolli broth is really simple to make. In fact that is the only use for broccoli for me. Heat butter for few seconds and add chopped onions. They can be long, shallots are better. After the onion becomes translucent in about 7 minutes you can add broccoli which is washed and boiled with water. Add plenty of water and keep adding corn flour in phases. Add salt to taste and keep cooking. It tastes really fantastic. I call it a broth since it is very filling and rich.
