Sapodilla is known as Sapota in Tamil and as Chickoo or Chiku in Hindi.
- Sapota – 6 to 7 no
- Milk – 2 cup
- Sugar – 2 table spoon (adjust as per sweetness of sapota)
- Vanilla essence – few drops (optional)
- Fresh cream – 1 table spoon (optional)
- Ice cold water – 2 cup
- Wash, peel and cut sapota into pieces; put them in a blender, add sugar and blend for few seconds; add milk, vanilla essence, cream and run the mixer for few seconds; now add ice cold water and run the mixer for few seconds.
- Serve immediately.
- Ripe sapota gives better results.
