Required: roasted Groundnuts
lemon juice:2 tbsp
chilly powder:1/4 tbsp
salt to taste
onions:2 cut it in to small pieces
ghee:1 tbsp
carrot:1 cut it in to small pieces
mango: one small slice cut it in to small pieces
corainder leaves  for decoration
oats:1 cup

healthy oats wrap:
I)
Maida-1cup
Oats(Powdered)-1 cup
Salt -to taste
oil-optional(1-3 drops)
Water-enough to make dough

for filling(II)
oats-1/2 cup
oil-1-2 teaspoon
garlic paste-1 teaspoon
onion-1 big
carrot-2 (cut in juliens)
cabbage-1/4 of a small one(cut in juliens)
capsicum-2 (one yellow,one green-cut in juliens)
green chilly- 3 or 4
salt-to taste
pepper powder-1 teaspoon
soya sauce-2-3 teaspoons

Method for wrap:

Make a dough with the above  said ingredients(I) and keep aside for 15 minutes. then roll thin chapathis from lemon sized balls and toast in tawa..You can smear 2-3 drops of  ghee (optional)


Filling:(II)

heat a kadai and add oil. once heated add garlic paste. See that it doesnt get brown..then add onions and green chillies..Saute..add the vegetables  and add oats..Add salt, soya sauce and pepper powder and simmer for 5 minutes...

Serving:&#124;

take a  chapathi put the filling a little away from centre and roll them into wraps..

Healthy oats wraps are ready to munch....</description>
