Hi…
Ur recipies are really really good specially when explained with pictures. I prepared Yam (Senai Kezhangu) Fingers, taste was good but it was not crispy. I am not sure if I prepare it wrongly or the yam fingers wont be crispy.
Anyway thanks for all recipies in ur site..
@ Monic
Yam finger chips won’t remain crisp for long time
(a) if they are thick
(b) if moisture content is more in the chips
Don’t wash yam after cutting into finger chips. Wash the whole piece of yam first and then cut into pieces. Cut finger chips thin and long. Before frying remove moisture as far as possible.

Dear Sir (Kamala Madam),
A really wonderful site, useful and very interesting too ! I missed such a good help all these years !! But first i tried your coconut chutney , but instead of 6 i tried with just 3 round red chillies and the chutney turned out to be really very very spicy.
May be we are used to lesser spice or the recipe itself is for a spicier version.
Thanks
