when I had access to the neem tree back in India, I knew neither the abc of cooking nor the worth of these neem leaves/flowers, now, that I’m miles away from the tree, I am going in search of the unfindable desperately hahahaha
I should search in some exotic stores here, the pachadi is looking fantastic!!!

this is such an interesting and unique recipe, Kamala! i have never used or eaten dried neem flowers. i wonder how they taste like.. lemony or a bit bitter?
